We ship from three warehouse locations: Japan, United States (New York), and the United Kingdom. Your order is fulfilled based on your selected shopping mode.

How long does shipping take?

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Pre-orders are non-refundable once placed. Pre-order items are reserved with the manufacturer on your behalf and cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
