Refund Policy

1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns initiated after this window has closed will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is in its original condition, unworn and unused
- All original tags and labels are still attached
- The item is in its original packaging
- You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at office@weebe.net with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return shipping instructions. Items must be sent back to the originating warehouse as directed.
4. Specially Imported Items
Certain products are specially imported from Japan and may have incurred customs duties or tariff fees during import. For returns of such items, applicable tariff costs may be deducted from your refund amount.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at office@weebe.net. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products made to your specifications
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials
- Pre-order items (these are non-refundable once the order is placed)
- Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price
- Gift cards
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the process above and place a separate order for the replacement.
8. EU Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. The same eligibility conditions apply: items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
9. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at office@weebe.net.
