Shipping Policy

1. Warehouse Locations
We ship from three warehouse locations:
- Japan — ships worldwide
- United States (New York) — domestic US shipping
- United Kingdom — UK and EU shipping
2. Japan Direct Shipping
Orders fulfilled through Japan Direct ship from our Japan warehouse at base JPY pricing. International delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days depending on destination and shipping method selected.
3. Local Warehouse Shipping
Orders fulfilled from our US or UK warehouses ship domestically within the respective region. Domestic delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Local warehouse orders use market pricing with applicable import taxes already included.
4. Customs and Duties
International orders shipped from Japan may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. They are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing an international order.
5. Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items ship when the manufacturer releases them. Estimated release dates are shown on the product page. Release dates are set by manufacturers and may change without notice. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your pre-order item has been dispatched.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you with a resolution.
